Inspired by a mutual love of all things coffee, Red Hot Roasters and Wiltshire on Market have teamed up for an special night of indulgence, all for a special cause. Featuring the popular morning pick-me -up as the secret ingredient, this rich menu showcases a variety of sweet and savory dishes that highlight the complexity and depth of your favorite beans. Join us from 5:30-8:30 Wednesday, September 19th, at Wiltshire on Market to help support The Center for Women and Families, featuring remarks from The Center for Women and Families President Marta Miranda.

Flatbread Pizza with Coffee Infused BBQ Sauce, Pulled Chicken and Pickled Red Onions
Country Ham on Sweet Potato Biscuits with Red Eye Aioli
Espresso Rubbed Duck Breast on Plantain Crisps with Black Bean Muneta

Swing by the Red Roasters drive-thru or our Spalding University location, and pick up a can of our new Iced Coffee Blend ($12 for 12 oz. can.)
The mix of South and Central American beans contains chocolatey caramel and berry notes that lend themselves perfectly to being served cold. Add a touch of cream and you have the perfect summer pick-me-up.
Two dollars from each can will be donated to The Center for Women and Families’ Adopt-a- Room program. The program provides a year of safe haven and day to day necessities for victims of intimate partner abuse and sexual violence.

How to cold-brew coffee at home:
Using French Press: Combine coarse ground coffee with room temperature water and let steep overnight in the press. In the morning, plunge the press and you will have a full-bodied coffee. Pour over ice.
Using automatic drip coffee maker: Brew a full pot of coffee, using half the normal amount of water. After the brew cycle finishes, pour it over a pitcher of ice and place in fridge.
